Can you do an All-Star team with the best NFL player from every position? - Mrs. Bush Rod

Anything for you, MBR. Offense first:

QB - Peyton Manning, Colts: He not only has one of the best arms in the game, but his intelligence is off the charts. The way he's mastered the offense in Indy is impressive to watch.
RB - Adrian Peterson, Vikings: Easy call. The best tailback, hands down.
WR - Calvin Johnson, Lions: He makes the Lions offense dangerous all by himself.

WR - Reggie Wayne, Colts: I'm not sure how much of it is Wayne and how much is Manning throwing to him, but hey, if Peyton is my QB then I'm taking Big Wayne.
WR - Larry Fitzgerald, Cardinals: He catches everything, and his height causes big mismatch problems.
TE - Antonio Gates, San Diego. In a landslide.
RT - Walter Jones, Seattle: He might play left tackle. I don't know, and I don't really care.
RG - Steve Hutchinson, Minnesota: Forty percent done with the offensive line. Thank god.
C - Kevin Mawae, Titans: The only center I know.
LG - Alan Faneca, Jets: If you make the Pro Bowl as a guard, does that still mean you aren't good enough to play tackle?
LT - Jake Long, Miami: Already good, and will only get better.

And, the defense:
DE - Julius Peppers, Carolina: If only he could throw the ball for the Panthers.
DT - Albert Haynesworth, Washington: Dude scared fools even before the cleat stomp.
DT - Kris Jenkins, Jets: I couldn't think of a second defensive tackle, so I googled the top defensive tackles in football. So here you go.
DE - Dwight Freeney, Colts: Freak.
LB - Patrick Willis, 49ers: One guy I wouldn't want to meet in a back alley, or on a football field.
LB - James Harrison, Steelers: Here in Arizona, this guy isn't looked upon too favorably, and that's exactly what he wants.
LB - DeMarcus Ware, Cowboys: He had like one million sacks last year.
CB: Champ Bailey, Broncos: Dallas foolishly threw at him all day on Sunday, and paid the price.
SS - Ed Reed, Ravens: Although Ray Lewis does all the talking, he is the real heart of the defense.
FS - Troy Polamalu, Steelers: I don't even care that he's hurt.
CB - Darrelle Revis, Jets: Even if Randy Moss doesn't agree.
